About zeroo: sell without a seller commission
With zeroo the buyer pays the commission instead of the seller. The model applies to parcels whose zoning permits dense building, and zeroo checks that for any parcel in Switzerland.

Frequently asked questions
Is the commission waived?
No. For a parcel that qualifies, the commission moves to the buyer's side, so the seller pays no seller commission.
What decides whether a parcel qualifies?
The maximum utilization its zoning permits: at least 70%, meaning 0.7 m² of gross floor area per m² of plot. What is built today does not count.
